Check-in & Progress Review - We begin by discussing any changes, challenges, or success since the last session. This helps us track your progress and make adjustments as needed.

Deep-dive into a Focus Area - We explore a key area of your health or life that you want to work on. This could be related to nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, relationships, or even personal growth.

Guidance & Self-Discovery - Rather than telling you what to do, we will explore the topics together, helping you to reflect, gain insights, and uncover solutions that feel right to you - because nobody knows you better than yourself.

Practical Actions Steps - We´ll co-create simple, realistic action steps that align with your lifestyle and goals. These small, manageable steps help build lasting habits over time.

Support & Acountability - I´ll provide encouragement, resources, and strategies to help you stay on track, while also holding space for you to adjust your plan as needed.
