Struggling with my own health challenges, I developed a deep interest in health and wellness over the years. More than 20 years ago I discovered yoga which I still practice regularly. I have explored the use of wild herbs in cooking and for health, and experimented with various ways of eating, including vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic or the raw-vegan diet - and now being back on a “normal” omnivore diet. All of which has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, but rather that we are all unique with our own paths and goals. Balancing a corporate career working for BMW Automotive Group while raising a family, I understand firsthand the demands of juggling multiple responsibilities. This journey led me to become a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I learned that health is highly bio-individual and multidimensional – including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
