Privacy Policy

🔒 My Inner Balance is designed so that the personal wellness information you enter remains in local app storage on your device.

The app does not transmit your mood, energy, sleep, cycle, habit, supplement or note entries to Nina Kubin, Get Healthy Holistically, an analytics provider, an advertising service or any other external server.

1. Who We Are

My Inner Balance is developed and operated by Nina Kubin under the Get Healthy Holistically brand, based in Costa Rica.

2. Information You Choose to Store in the App

My Inner Balance allows you to enter and store personal health and wellness information on your device. This may include:

  • Name (optional) — used to personalize your greeting
  • Daily habits — habit names and the dates on which you mark them as completed
  • Mood scores — your daily mood ratings
  • Energy scores — your daily energy ratings
  • Optional notes — any context you choose to add to a mood entry
  • Sleep information — hours slept and your sleep-quality rating
  • Cycle dates — menstrual-cycle dates, if cycle tracking is enabled
  • Supplements — supplement names and the dates on which you mark them as taken
  • App preferences — such as reminder settings, reminder time and whether cycle tracking is enabled

You are not required to create an account.

The app does not request or store:

  • An email address or account password
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts
  • Photos, camera or microphone data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • HealthKit data

3. How Your Information Is Stored

The information you enter is stored in the app’s local storage on your device.

My Inner Balance does not operate a cloud database and does not provide its own cloud synchronization or account-based cloud backup. The developer cannot view or retrieve the information stored inside the app on your device.

Depending on your device and iOS backup settings, Apple may include app data in an iCloud or device backup. These backups are controlled by Apple and by your device settings, not by My Inner Balance.

The app relies on the security protections provided by your device and the iOS app sandbox. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, for example by using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID.

4. Exporting Your Information

The app includes an optional Export my data feature in Settings.

When you choose to export, the app creates a JSON-formatted copy of the information stored in the app and opens your device’s standard share sheet. You may then choose to save or send the exported copy using another app or service.

Exporting is always initiated by you. My Inner Balance does not automatically send the exported information anywhere.

Once you share or save an exported copy using another app or service, that app or service is responsible for how it stores and processes the copy.

The current version of My Inner Balance does not include an import or restore function.

5. Reminders and Notifications

You may enable an optional daily reminder in Settings.

The reminder is scheduled locally on your device. My Inner Balance does not request a push-notification token and does not use a remote notification server to deliver the daily reminder.

You can change the reminder time or disable notifications at any time in the app or in your device settings.

6. Analytics, Advertising and Data Sharing

My Inner Balance does not:

  • Sell or rent personal information
  • Share your tracking entries with third parties
  • Display third-party advertising
  • Use tracking or advertising SDKs
  • Include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
  • Track you across apps or websites

Apple may independently process App Store, device, usage or diagnostic information under Apple’s own privacy practices and your device settings. Apple may also make aggregated or user-authorized diagnostic information available to app developers. This does not give the developer access to your personal tracking entries.

7. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email, we will receive the email address, message and any other information you voluntarily include.

We use this information only to respond to your question, support request or privacy concern. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list unless they separately request or consent to receive marketing communications.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request or comply with applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence by contacting us at: info@gethealthyholistically.com

8. Deleting Your Information

You can control and delete information directly within the app.

Clear tracking history

This removes:

  • Mood entries and optional notes
  • Energy entries
  • Sleep entries
  • Cycle history
  • Habit completion history
  • Supplement completion history
  • Insights derived from that history

Your habit list, supplement list, name and app settings remain in the app.

Reset entire app

This permanently removes the information stored by My Inner Balance on the device, including:

  • Habits and their completion history
  • Supplements and their completion history
  • Mood, energy and sleep entries
  • Notes
  • Cycle information
  • Name
  • Reminder settings
  • Other app preferences

The app then returns to its initial onboarding state.

Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from the device. Depending on your Apple backup settings, copies previously included in an iCloud or device backup may remain until the relevant backup is deleted or replaced.

Because the developer does not receive or store your in-app tracking information, the developer cannot remotely retrieve or delete it for you.

9. Children’s Privacy

My Inner Balance is intended for adults and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

The app does not require an account and does not knowingly transmit children’s personal information to the developer.

If you believe that a child has contacted us directly and provided personal information, please contact us so that we can review and delete the correspondence where appropriate.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features or data practices change.

For example, this policy would be updated before introducing features such as cloud synchronization, account creation, HealthKit integration, analytics or remote notifications.

The date at the top of this page shows when the Privacy Policy was last updated.
